Advantage Pointe Home Care is wonderful. Adam and Anna have been so caring and attentive to all our needs. They help guide and assist you especially when you have no idea what is going on or happening in your family. They assessed my families needs and have matched him up with a wonderful caretaker that works for them. They have been on top of everything since I first contacted them. They were very thorough in explaining what steps I need to take for my parents. They have tried to really get to know our situation and have helped us immensely. I can’t say enough!!! THE ABSOLUTE BEST! After having my father in a hospital/rehab setting for 15 months, he desperately wanted to be at home even though someone in his state should be in a facility. He needed expert care at home like he was receiving at the facilities and Advantage Pointe Home Care has exceeded my expectations on every level. I cannot express in words how wonderful their staff has been with my father. They are knowledgeable, extremely caring, beyond patient and treat my father as if he was their own father. From the very start of the entire process of meeting Adam, Anna and Alexandra, my experience could not be better. Anna and Adam have been amazing, providing excellent service to find the right fit for my mothers needs. Both have been very responsive and taking the initiative to proactively reach out to follow up on how my mom like the care giver they assigned. We moved from a company where my mother was just another revenue source, and did not listen to what my mother needed from her care provider.
